PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

International Shipping: 15-25 business days

Standard Shipping (orders under $100 USD): $11.00 USD
Standard Shipping (orders $100 USD and up): Free
Express Shipping: $15.00 USD
International Shipping: $20.00 USD ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY ISSUES

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. D’Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
