RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at D’Luxe. We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at dluxe.com@dluxecom.com and we will look into it.
